Our commitment and goal to our customers is to strive to offer our customers the best possible prices on our products. Jumpin Jammerz guarantees to offer the best price to the customer and will not only price match but beat any competitor’s price by 10%. (Products must be of equal value –identical print, of the same material and shipping costs to be considered for our pric
ing guarantee). Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer offer and/or honor any price protection.
Jumpin Jammerz utilizes a Verisign certificate to ensure that all information provided is encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone outside the company. All transactions are 100% secure. In addition, our website goes through daily tests to ensure 100% security. You can be confident that none of your information will ever be sold or traded. The security of our customer’s information is our top priority.
Sale and clearance products are not eligible for any further discounts. However, in some cases, they may be counted towards an order value required for meeting a savings or promotional threshold. Sale offers are valid for a limited time only, and Jumpin Jammerz reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion or sale at any time, and without notice. Product prices that end in $0.95 typically indicates a FINAL SALE, and therefore, there are no exchanges and/or refunds permitted.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
The receipt of an electronic confirmation does not signify the acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the offer to sell. Jumpin Jammerz reserves the right to limit quantity on our products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order including quantities, styles and/or patterns, size, taxes and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via email. The charges at checkout may not be final. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Jumpin Jammerz reserves the right to decline and/or cancel your order prior to shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING/VERIFICATION PROCEDURES
Orders are processed upon receipt. In-stock items normally ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of order into our system. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory. “Available” products may be on a pre-order basis. For customers placing an overnight or express delivery order, please see the Shipping Fees and Polices section below or contact our Customer Service Department to confirm that delivery is available.
Promotional codes cannot be used on Clearance Items and/or Sale items. All promotional codes expire 30 days after they are sent, unless specified otherwise. Promotional codes are only applicable at time of purchase and cannot be back dated or applied after an order has been processed. Any item(s) returned for a refund that disqualifies an order from the originally applied savings and discounts, Including free shipping or other previously applied rewards, the refunded amount will be subject to a deduction of the discounted savings, shipping fees originally waived by any free shipping promo, and/or other applied rewards. Promo codes of 30% or more discount will not be available for refund after 7 days including items that have been purchased for Christmas gifts. Promo code can not be combined with any free shipping offer. Refund requests on any order with free or .01 shipping rate are subject to 8.99 shipping charge per item returned for refund
SHIPPING FEES AND POLICIES
Shipping fees are calculated once you place the order. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items to your shopping cart,choose your country, select your shipping method, and proceed to Checkout. The breakdown of product total and shipping total will be displayed prior to finalizing your order. Jumpin Jammerz is not able to offer price protection once items have been shipped or apply any missed discount codes. Jumpin Jammerz is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Jumpin Jammerz bears no responsibility for delays as a result of weather, employee strikes, additional costs or any other complications related to our shipping carriers. Please note that the selected 2-day, 3-day and overnight shipping methods are the only services time guaranteed* . Once items are noted as delivered by the courier Jumpin Jammerz has completed its obligation and carries no responsibility for missing packages from the delivered address. Jumpin Jammerz does not ship partial/incomplete orders. If an item(s) is back ordered we will hold the entire order until it can be completely fulfilled. You may request a partial shipment by contacting our Customer Service Department. Additional charges may apply to partially shipped orders. Any applicable credits for expedited services will only be reduced to the standard ground shipping cost.
We do our best to provide you secure and fast delivery . It is the buyers responsibility to monitor their order with the tracking number provided and/or contact us if they fail to receive a tracking number. If you fail to respond to any notices from the courier that results in a failed delivery or your package is abandoned, we can offer no refund.

We ship our Jammerz via United States Postal Service (USPS). If you wish your purchase to be insured(domestic orders) please pick overnight/rush service otherwise there is no liability once an item is shipped with the courier.
We offer Express rush shipping via overnight/rush service which is 1-2 day service within the USA only via USPS. Our standard ground shipping within the USA is 3-5 days average (no guarantee on delivery time) and is charged at .01.
We offers shipping 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays. When we receive your express order before 12 pm (Mountain Time), Monday–Thursday, we will ship out your order the same day, orders placed after that time are processed the next business day -Monday. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday (or the business day prior to a US holiday) for express rush, it may be packaged and shipped the following business day. The express shipping options, as well as Ground service is available for you to choose from on our Checkout page.
Orders are generally processed same day, but can take up to 2 business days of processing time before your order is mailed. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within the US in about 3-4 business days for our standard ground orders, and internationally shipped orders depending on location can average about 15 business day.
Ground shipping on all our regular priced goods within the USA is .01. Overnight/rush shipping is $34.99 with insurance via signature service. Free shipping or .01 service is not included on our clearance items.
International shipments are $28.99 for the first item and $14.99 for each additional item.We do not offer international shipping to PO BOX addresses or offer international express shipping.
Rush/overnight * is 1-2 days delivery depending on location, if you must have overnight please email support on the contact page with your full address so we may check your area, please have request before 10 am MT to meet cut off for the same day ship out. Courier maybe able to deliver on a Saturday or Sunday but cannot guarantee weekend or holiday delivery. Parcel are shipped for next business day after holidays and weekends..
Shipping costs are non refundable. Refund requests on any order with free or .01 shipping rate are subject to 8.99 shipping charge per item returned for refund.
Jumpin Jammerz charges sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Arizona. Customers outside of Arizona are responsible for all sales taxes/duty/VAT applicable in other states/regions/countries.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – VAT TAX & DUTIES
Jumpin Jammers offers international shipping with frequent shipping to Australia,New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Canada and the UK. A list of eligible shipping countries can be found on our secure Checkout page. Jumpin Jammerz charges in US dollars, ships your order with the duties and taxes unpaid. We do not collect any VAT, duties and/or taxes, and are unable to calculate them. If your purchase is subject to any of them, they must be paid to the carrier upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more detailed importing policies information.
We hope that you would provide us with a valid shipping address and that you will accept your package delivery in a timely manner. However, If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, Jumpin Jammerz will need to charge to reship your purchase. We understand you may choose not to reship your order and we will gladly refund your purchase minus any original shipping costs. Jumpin Jammerz completes it obligation to the buyer once a package is shipped and is not responsible for packages that are noted as delivered and unclaimed by the receipient - No Refund is applicable. If your package is abandoned or lost by the shipping carrier for any reasons above, Jumpin Jammerz reserves the right to retain the total purchase amount if the shipment fails to return to us and therefore our customer forfeits any refund. DAMAGED/ LOST/MISSING PACKAGE/DEFECTS
Please contact us through our Contact page if you have any tracking/shipping or courier questions. We recommend you monitor your tracking number and be aware of arrival times, Tracking number are sent no later than 2 business days after a purchase and customer should contact us for failure to receive their tracking information. In most cases tracking information fails to arrive due wrong emails provided at time of placement, please verify all information with order confirmation. Once items are noted as delivered by the courier Jumpin Jammerz has completed its obligation and carries no responsibility for missing packages from the delivered address. If you wish to have have your item sent by Signature confirmation please request overnight service. If you wish your purchase to be insured please pick overnight service otherwise there is no liability once an item is shipped with the courier.
Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If your order was damaged in transit or you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to Jumpin Jammerz within 2 business days of delivery so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days of an arrival deems the order as fully completed.
We do our best to provide a quality assured product. However, if any item is found to be defective, we provide you 7-days from date of delivery to inspect and to notify us for any defect you have found. Please contact our Customer Service Department with the following details - your order number, date of purchase, billing and shipping name (if different).
We hope that you would provide us with a valid shipping address and understand that any packages delivered to a wrong or incomplete address due to wrong info, Jumpin Jammerz accepts no liability for the loss of your order and can not file a claim or offer a refund. Any bounce back due unclaimed package or incorrect address can be reshipped once shipping fee and any associated return costs are paid, orders that request a refund will have associated costs including administrative fee applied to the refunded amount. Customer is responsible to verify their order and shipping address by way of confirmation provided once order is placed.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, Jumpin Jammerz disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to products sold on the Jumpin Jammerz website, including but not limited to, merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. Jumpin Jammerz does not make any representations regarding the validity, accuracy or reliability of, or the results of the use of the materials or products on the site or on any sites linked to this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Jumpin Jammerz arising from any product sold on the Jumpin Jammerz website shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Jumpin Jammerz, its’ officers or other representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use a product sold on this site.
While every effort is made to ensure that each product’s information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the eventthat any item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect descriptions or photos, Jumpin Jammerz shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, Jumpin Jammerz, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following: If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item. If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

Jumpin Jammerz has an absolute no tolerance policy towards the use of any of its trademarks or names in any meta tags and/or hidden text uses. Specifically, Jumpin Jammerz trademarks or names in meta tag keywords is a trademark infringement, and the use of its trademarks, images, artwork or names in a page text, meta tags and/or hidden text for the purposes of gaining a higher ranking from search engines is an unfair competition . Linking to any webpage on this website is strictly prohibited. Associating or juxtaposing our website or its Materials(Ex.such as through framing or inline linking) with advertisements and/or other information not originating from our Website is expressly prohibited.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Customer Service approved RMA number. Please use Contact US page for RMA request. All clearance/sale items are FINAL with no exchanges or returns. Condition of return must be in the same pristine condition as received all items are inspected and failure to meet quality control will reject your return - please email us if you have any questions to better assist you.
Our procedure for returns and/or exchanges:
- Contact our Customer Service team via the Contact US page and email your request for an approval for a return and/or exchange; “RMA” number.
- All exchange
sand/or return srequests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to claim for defective merchandise via contact us page.
- Returns and/or exchanges must be received in a new condition with all tags attached in a clean unused condition with no pet hair ,cigarette and/or perfume odor associated with the return. Please ensure the bottom of the feet have no marks or stains and are clean . Items that do not meet this condition will void the assigned RMA and be returned to sender at their expense. If you have any questions about your returns condition please email us in advance at the contact us page.
- Any item(s) returned for a refund that disqualifies an order from the originally applied savings and discounts, or other previously applied rewards, the refunded amount will be subject to a deduction of the discounted savings and/or applied rewards. Refund requests on any order with free or .01 shipping rate are subject to 8.99 shipping charge per item returned for refund.
- You are responsible for secure shipping to our office; we recommend that your shipment insured and traceable with signature confirmation, as we cannot be liable for lost/missing packages.
- Returned merchandise will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee per item if product has been opened. We do not credit or refund shipping costs, including overnights or special shipping arrangements. Free shipping orders will have original shipping costs deducted.
- With your return and/or exchange, please include the following information: Purchaser's and Recipient's name & address. For an exchange request, please also include the product name, size and color you desire, along with return shipping address and exchange shipping fee.
- Exchange shipments are charged shipping and handling fee at the rate of $9.00 PER ITEM within the USA and $15.00 PER ITEM outside the USA.
- All holiday purchases during the CHRISTMAS SEASON - Nov 15 - DEC 24 : Our return policy is extended for those who are doing early shopping for the holidays. For those who are requesting a refund and/or an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning your purchase.The items must be returned to us on, or before January 4th for processing. Please email us through our CONTACT US page - Provide your order id, Name of purchase and type of return by EXCHANGE OR REFUND. CLEARANCE ITEMS are not qualified for RMA per the product description.
- During the Holiday season our "RMA" process is suspended from December 1st thru December 25th. We highly recommend that you place a new order on our website for the replacement item, and after December 25th please contact us for an RMA approval and instructions to return the original item for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
- BLACK FRIDAY AND/OR CYBER MONDAY SALES are FINAL SALES with No Exchange or Refunds. Exchanges can be arranged as a repurchase only with original purchase returned for refund provided above condition # 4 is met.
