Order Processing/ Verification procedures
All orders are processed upon receipt. All items which are in stock normally ship within 1-2 business days from when the order has been processed. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory, so not all 'available' products are on hand for immediate rush delivery. Payment Policy

Sales Tax/ International orders
JumpinJammerz shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Arizona. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. JumpinJammerz is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Shipping Fees and Policies
Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria, such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. JumpinJammerz can not always offer price protection on already shipped products.
JumpinJammerz will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. JumpinJammerz is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. JumpinJammerz bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Free Shipping and Promotional Gifts
The Free Shipping Promotion only applies to FEDEX Ground delivery which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Post Office boxes as well as APO and FPO boxes and does not apply to International orders. Handling and Insurance fees may be additional. Any return under this promotion will be charged full shipping value in addition to any restocking fees. Any free gifts offered during a promotional give away are free of charge and will only be charged on returned items. Promotional items or giveaways are non refundable or exchangeable. If the order associated with the giveaway is subsequently returned for refund, JumpinJammers will deduct cost of giveaway (at the rate of $15.00) from said refund.
Return Policy/Procedure
All eligible items must be post marked within the above stated time frame in order for your return to qualify. Please look at the above chart to see the return time frame for your item. Returns received without a valid return number will be documented and shipped back to you.
All returns sent back to us in an opened package are subject to a $7.00 restocking fee per item. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card. Exchange shipments are charged at a Flat Rate of $7.00 within the USA. For Canada the exchange shipping rate is $12.00 and Overseas rate for exchange is $20.00 PER ITEM. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. How Do I Make a Return?
- To return an item, you must contact customer service at 1-888-884-5526 for prior approval and obtain an RMA number
- RMA numbers are issued by phone, not via email.
- RMA numbers DO NOT guarantee final disposition. All return are subject to inspection.
- Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please ship your return parcel via prepaid freight. Ship and Insure your return
We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with proof of delivery. JumpinJammerz shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Postage, handling and insurance charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non refundable. Inspection Criteria
All items will be inspected upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to you and a credit or a replacement not being issued. We will charge the credit card on file for return reshipping costs.
The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit.
- Cleanliness of product.
- Rips, tears, or any other noticeable damage to product.
- Length of time before product(s) returned.

Defective items/ Missing Items
All items sold by JumpinJammerz is guaranteed free of defect. If you have received a defective item JumpinJammerz will provide for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) for the defective item. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt; claims for defective, damaged or missing items must be received within seven (7) business days of receipt of the merchandise. Cancelling an order
In order to cancel your order you must contact customer service during their hours of operation which are 9am-4pm mountain time in order to obtain a confirmation cancellation number. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped out and are in transit to you. All cancellation requests must be processed over the phone with our representative prior to shipment. Cancellation requests sent through email or voice mail are not sufficient for canceling an order. Damaged/ Lost/Missing Package
n the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact customer service so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Reporting a missing package or undelivered package must be done within 7 days of your order as claims cannot be filed with a courier after 14days. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 30-60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to JumpinJammerz within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation.
Price Protection
Our commitment and goal to our customers is to strive to offer the best possible prices on all of our products. We have an entire purchasing department dedicated to finding the best possible deals for our valued client base. Prices on our website reflect the lowest price we can possibly offer at that time. JumpinJammerz guarantees to offer the best price to the customer and will not only price match but beat the price by 10% or the difference. (Product must be of equal value)
If the price on an item goes down after you purchased it, we can only offer you the lower price within 7 days from the time of your purchase. Once your package has already shipped, we can no longer offer any price protection. Back To Top
