Price Protection

Our commitment and goal to our customers is to strive to offer the best possible prices on all of our products. We have an entire purchasing department dedicated to finding the best possible deals for our valued client base. Prices on our website reflect the lowest price we can possibly offer at that time. JumpinJammerz guarantees to offer the best price to the customer and will not only price match but beat the competitor’s price by a minimum of 10% of the difference. (Product must be of equal value –identical print, of the same material and shipping cost to be accounted for in the price match). Once your package has already shipped, we can no longer offer any price protection.

JumpinJammerz has a Verisign certificate assuring that all information that is entered is encrypted and can not be accessed by any outsider. All transactions are 100% secure. In addition our website is hacker safe with daily periodic test to ensure 100% security. You can be fully assured that none of the provided information will be sold or imparted for trade or sale. Our customer’s satisfaction and security is our top priority.




ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY


Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. JumpinJammerz reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. JumpinJammerz reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

 




ORDER PROCESSING/VERIFICATION PROCEDURES


All orders are processed upon receipt. All items which are in stock normally ship within 1-2 business days from when the order has been processed. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory, so not all “available” products are on hand for immediate rush delivery. Customers placing overnight and rush delivery orders should contact our sales department in order to confirm that we are able to meet your time constraints.

 




SHIPPING FEES AND POLICIES

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's’ such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. JumpinJammerz can not always offer price protection on already shipped products. JumpinJammerz will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. JumpinJammerz is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. JumpinJammerz bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.Jumpinjammerz does not ship partial orders, if an item within the order is backordered we will hold the entire under to be fulfilled. You may request a partial shipment via direct contact by phone only. There will be applicable charges for any order to be shipped in segments.

 




DAMAGED/ LOST/MISSING PACKAGE


In the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact customer service so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Reporting a missing package or undelivered package must be done within 7 days of your order as claims cannot be filed with a courier after 14days. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 30-60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to JumpinJammerz within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation.

 




SALES TAX/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


JumpinJammerz shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Arizona. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. JumpinJammerz is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. JumpinJammerz recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges. JumpinJammerz is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.

 

Free Shipping and Promotional Gifts


The Free Shipping Promotion only applies to FEDEX Ground delivery which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Post Office boxes as well as APO and FPO boxes and does not apply to International orders. Handling and Insurance fees may be additional. Any return under this promotion will be charged full shipping value in addition to any restocking fees. Any free gifts offered during a promotional give away are free of charge and will only be charged on returned items. Promotional items or giveaways are non refundable or exchangeable. If the order associated with the giveaway is subsequently returned for refund, JumpinJammers will deduct cost of giveaway (at the rate of $15.00) from said refund.Promotional gifts cannot be combined with Clearance Items and will be deducted from any attempted order.

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, JumpinJammerz disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to products sold on the JumpinJammerz website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to JumpinJammerz arising from any product sold on the JumpinJammerz website shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall JumpinJammerz, its’ officers or other representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use a product sold on this site.



Typographical Errors


While every effort is made to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, JumpinJammerz shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, JumpinJammerz, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following: If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item. If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund. We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

Return/Exchange Policy

Our Procedure For Return(s) and/or Exchange(s):

1. Contact our office prior to returning your purchase toll free at: 1-888-884-5526 Mon – Fri 10am –4pm Mountain Standard Time. Our customer care team will provide you an approval for return. Customer must speak to a customer care rep directly, we do not accept email or voicemail requests for exchange or refund.
   (No returns or exchanges will be accepted without customer care approval,Clearance items are final sales)
2. All exchanges and Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.
3. Returns must be in the same pristine condition as delivered to you. Items must be unwashed, If an item is washed, damaged or dirty this would void your warranty for refund or exchange and the item will be returned to you and the credit card on file will be charged for the return shipping costs.
4. The sender is responsible for secure shipping to our office, Please have your purchase insured, as we are not liable for lost returns.
5. Refunds and exchanges returned to us in an open package will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee per item. We do not credit for original shipping cost(s) including overnight or special shipping arrangements.
6. With your return include the following information: Purchasers and Recipients name & address. Please let us know what you need an Exchange or Refund. For an exchange request state what Product , Size and Color you require along with Return Shipping information.
7. Exchange shipments are charged $7.00 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item within the USA.
   For Canada the exchange shipping rate is $10.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item. Overseas rate for exchange is $15.00 PER ITEM.
8. All Christmas purchases: Our return policy is extended for those who are doing early shopping for the Holiday. For those who are requesting a Refund or an Exchange please contact our office prior to returning your purchase and the item(s) must be return to us on or before by January 7th for processing. Leaving Messages or emails cannot and does not guarantee that your request was made ontime you must call and speak to a representative during business hours Thank You.
9. When an RMA has been approved and issued you have 14 days to return your item to Jumpin Jammerz for a refund or exchange. After 14 day period has expired it is void.

Shipping

1. We ship our products with FEDEX and USPS.
2. We generally ship out Mon,Wed,Fri and you can expect delivery within 3-5 days once an order has been shipped.
3. Overnight service is available and starting at $30.00 for within the USA 
4. We charge $7.50 for shipping to anywhere within the United States, Canada is $21.00 and $30.00 for Overseas.
   (multiple orders $5.00 for each additional, Canada $8.25, Overseas $16.00, Overnight $16.00)
