Our commitment and goal to our customers is to strive to offer or customers the best possible prices on our products. Jumpin Jammerz guarantees to offer the best price to the customer and will not only price match but beat any competitor’s price by 10%. (Products must be of equal value –identical print, of the same material and shipping cost to be accounted for in the price match). Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer offer and/or honor any price protection.
Pricing and Promotional Codes
Sale and Clearance products are not eligible for discounts. However, in some cases, they may be counted towards an order value required for meeting a saving or promotional threshold. Sale offers are valid for a limited time only and Jumpin Jammerz reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion or sale at any time and without notice. Products typically priced with a $0.95 ending indicate a FINAL SALE, therefore there are no exchanges and/or refunds.
Jumpin Jammerz utilizes a Verisign certificate to ensure that all information provided is encrypted and can not be accessed by anyone outside the compant. All transactions are 100% secure. In addition, our website goes through daily tests to ensure 100% security. You can be confident that none of your information will be sold or traded. Our customers' information security is our top priority.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
The receipt of an electronic confirmation does not signify the acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the offer to sell. Jumpin Jammerz reserves the right to limit quantity on our products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order including quantities, styles and/or patterns, size, taxes and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via email. The charges at checkout may not be final. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Jumpin Jammerz reserves the right to decline and/or cancel your order prior to shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING/VERIFICATION PROCEDURES
Orders are processed upon receipt. In-stock items normally ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of order into our system. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory, so “available” products may be on a pre-order bases. Customers placing overnight and rush delivery orders should contact our customer service department to confirm that delivery is available.
SHIPPING FEES AND POLICIESShipping fees are calculated once you place the order. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and the breakdown of product total and shipping total will be displayed prior to finalazing your order. Jumpin Jammerz is not able to offer price protection once items have been shipped. Jumpin Jammerz is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Jumpin Jammerz bears no responsibility for delays as a result of weather, employee strikes or any other complications related to our shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment. Jumpin Jammerz does not ship partial orders. If an item(s) is backordered we will hold the entire order until it can be filled complete. You may request a partial shipment by contacting our Customer Service Department. Additional charges may apply to partially shipped orders.
DAMAGED/ LOST/MISSING PACKAGE
In the event that your order shows delivered and you are not in possession of your order, please contact customer service to initiate a trace on it. Reporting a missing package or undelivered package must be done within 7 days from the date of your order. Claims must be submitted to the carrier no later than 14 days. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to Jumpin Jammerz within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation.
Jumpin Jammerz charges sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Arizona. Customers outside of Arizona are responsible for all sales taxes applicable in other states.
Jumpin Jammers offers international shipping with frequent shipping to Australia, Canada and the UK. A list of eligible shipping countries can be found at checkout. Jumpin Jammerz ships your order with the duties and taxes unpaid. We do not collect any VAT, duties and/or taxes, and are unable to calculate them. If your purchase is subject to any of them, they must be paid to the carrier upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more detailed importing policies information. If an order is refused, rejected, unclaimed and returned to us due to incorrect address information, Jumpin Jammerz reserves the right to retain the original shipping fee and to charge for the costs incurred in relation to the return of the returned package.
Promotional codes can not be used on Clearance Items and/or Sale items. All promotion codes expire 30 days after they are sent unless specified.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, Jumpin Jammerz disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to products sold on the Jumpin Jammerz website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Jumpin Jammerz does not make any representations regarding the validity, accuracy or reliability of, or the results of the use of the materials or products on the site or on any sites linked to this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Jumpin Jammerz arising from any product sold on the Jumpin Jammerz website shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Jumpin Jammerz, its’ officers or other representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use a product sold on this site.
While every effort is made to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Jumpin Jammerz shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mis-priced, Jumpin Jammerz, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following: if an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item. If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website a t anytime without notice.

Our Procedure For Return(s) and/or Exchange(s):
- 1. Contact our office prior to returning your purchase toll free at: 1-888-884-5526 Mon – Fri 10am –4pm Arizona Time. Our customer service team will provide you an approval for return. Customer must speak to a customer service representative directly, we do not accept email or voicemail requests for exchanges and/or refunds.
(No returns or exchanges will be accepted without Customer Service approval. All clearance/sale items are FINAL with no exchanges or returns.)
- 2. All exchanges and/or Returns requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.
- 4. You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to claim a defective merchandise.
- 5. Returns must be in the same pristine and resalable condition. Items must be unwashed, if an item is washed, damaged or dirty this will void your warranty for refund or exchange and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- 6. Any item(s) returned for a refund that disqualify an order from the originally applied savings and discounts, or other previously applied rewards, the refunded amount may be subject to a deduction of the discounted savings and/or applied rewards.
- You are responsible for secure shipping to our office, please have your shipment insured, as we cannot be liable for lost/missing packages.
- 7. Returned merchandise will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee per item. If you choose to place a new order, the restocking fee may be waived. We do not credit for original shipping cost(s) including overnight or special shipping arrangements.
- 8. With your return include the following information: Purchaser's and Recipient's name & address. For an exchange request state what product , size and color you require along with return shipping information.
- 9. Exchange shipments are charged $9.00 PER ITEM within the USA and $15.00 PER ITEM outside the USA.
- 10. All Holiday purchases: Our return policy is extended for those who are doing early shopping for the Holidays. For those who are requesting a Refund or an Exchange please contact our office prior to returning your purchase and the item(s) must be return to us on or before by January 11th for processing. Leaving Messages or emails cannot and does not guarantee that your request was made on time you must call and speak to a representative during business hours.
- 11. During the Holiday season, Our "RMA" processing is suspended during the month of December up to December 25th. We highly recommend to place a new order for the replacement product and after the holiday season return the original item for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
- * We ship our products via UPS and USPS.
- * We generally ship out Mon-Fri and you can expect delivery within 5 - 7 business days once an order has been processed and shipped.
- * Overnight service within the USA is available at $26.99. Orders that require this service must be received before 2 pm MST Monday-Thursday for guaranteed on-time delivery
- * Ground shipping within the USA is $9.00 for the first item, and $5.00 for each additional item.
- * International shipments $26.99 for the first item and $14.99 for each additional item.
