I have bought several jumpin jammerz one each for my boys (3) one for my husband and two for myself I have just received this one today I rushed home from work jumped in the shower and I am now sitting in front of the tv in my jumpin jammerz they are fantastic great quality and so warm will never take them off . I live in Australia and I cannot believe how quick the shipping was it took only 5 working days my other jj's were too big I did have trouble ringing them as it kept saying phone was disconnected not so you have to dial 0011 first once through I had no problems contacting customer service very helpful so thank you jumpin jammerz I will definitely be buying more for gifts and for my family
I have ordered several sets from JJ. 75% positive. Received 2 incorrect PJ's and received one with hole in side. Talking with a customer service rep is a nightmare to reach a "real" person. Site automatically changed my shipping from standard to express on TWO occasions. I called immediately and was told "nothing can be done". I will not be buying from Jumpin Jammerz ever again. 4 times with this many issues and quality is not worth the price.
