Shipping Questions

Who do you use for shipping?
We ship with both Fed-Ex and USPS.

Do you ship to where I am?
We ship both domestically and internationally (Europe, UK, Canada, China, Spain, Australia, and Ireland). Just place your order online and you will find your country as a shipping location. If for any reason you are unable to place your order online, E-mail or Call us at 1 888 884 5526 and a Customer Care representative will do their best to get you into JumpinJammmerz.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Within the US your order can vary from 3-7 days depending on your location but you can request faster service via overnite RUSH. International orders (Europe, UK, and Canada) vary between 7-15 business days.

Do you ship overnight?
We offer Overnight shipping, 2nd day air and 3 day select within the US only. This shipping option is available when ordering online.

How often do you ship? We ship on a daily basis during the Halloween and Xmas season.

Will you be able to get my order by XMAS?
We will do our best but after the 15th we recommend overnight service.

How much does overnight shipping cost?
Our rates for overnight are $30.00 for the first item 16.00 for the second item and 10.00 for each additional item afterwards.

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes we do

Sizing Questions

What size will fit me?
We have suggested sizing fit at the bottom of each Item scroll down and you will easily find it. On the right side of each Item picture is a size chart, this provides a detailed measurement of our available sizes.

Product Questions

What material are your products?
We have 4 types of material: Terry Cloth, Polar Fleece, Micro Fleece and Cotton.
Famous Jammerz Pajamas are Terry Cloth 80% cotton 20% Polyester.
Polar Fleece Pajamas is 100% Polyester
Footless Pajamas are 100% Cotton Flannelette
Micro Fleece are 100 % Light Weight Polyester

Do have any button snaps enclosures?
We are only offering zippered Pajamas.

Where are you manufactured?
Canada

What type of sole do you have?
Our footed pajama soles are of the same material as the rest of your pj. We kept it light and comfortable so it feels warm light when you sleep. Non-slip is available in our Sticky feet line up. See picture in the sticky feet section.

Do you do any customization?
We no longer offer any customization on small orders; however, larger orders such as 20+ we would like you to contact us to discuss your request.

I saw a print you had last year and I can't find it?

Every year we release new prints and these are a limited edition run. Once they are gone they are gone.

Product Care/Washing Instructions:

We would recommend washing our products in Cold water on a delicate cycle. Please tumble dry with No Heat.

Do you offer exchanges and Refunds?
Yes we do! If you require an exchange or refund please view our Policy Page to assist you with your return.

Can you please send me Catalog?

Our website has the most up-to-date info and colors for our Footed Pajamas.

Why have I been billed for my purchase and my items have not yet left your warehouse?

In order to eliminate any possible delays in shipment of your purchase, we usually bill your credit card in advance. This means as soon as your purchase is inspected and packaged, all we have to do is ship it out. Hopefully this will speed up the delivery process and get your items as soon as possible.

Do you sell your products wholesale?

Yes we do. Please call our office for more details to insure you qualify

Can I order without a credit card?

We can offer PayPal as alternative to credit cards. Contact us by e-mail at info@jumpinjammerz.com with your requested item and we will forward you a PayPal invoice.
